IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL THE PRODUCTS OFFERED IN OUR WEB SHOP ARE AVAILABLE AND THE ONLY WAITING PERIOD IS THE PERIOD OF TIME NECESSARY FOR THE DELIVERY.

MINIMUM ORDER IS 90.00 KN

If you are interested in a product which currently may not be available, please contact us to inform you of the date of available purchase and delivery.

For all the offered products on our web site there is a photo and a basic description of the product. These conditions regulate the process of ordering, paying, delivery and potential complaints for the products on sale through our web shop.

PURCHASE
Products are ordered by choice, by using the “basket” menu and filling in an electronic form. Ordered products can be paid for by cash on delivery (for the territory of Croatia only) and by credit cards. Your credit card is charged on the day of order, and the ordered product is delivered as soon as possible. Each order by a credit card undergoes an authorization. An order can be cancelled after sending only within 24 hours.
Prices in a catalogue are valid for all payment forms. If it happens that the ordered product isn’t available in stock, you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered an option of waiting for the ordered product to be delivered, or a possibility to exchange it for some other suitable item, or a refund in a full amount. Your current order is shown in “My Account” site. On that site there are details of the product, quantity and price. All the products that you have decided to buy are located in “Basket” site.

CHARGE/ AUTHORIZATION
A buyer will pay for the ordered products by a credit card, transfer order or cash on delivery, according to the order. A charge is made in Croatian domicile currency (hrvatska kuna – Croatian kuna). If you don’t own a credit card and you are a citizen of the Republic of Croatia with a residence in Croatia, you can then pay by cash on delivery or by a postal money order before the delivery. We send an offer for companies. A delivery for transfer order is made after receiving payment. We reserve the right to demand a payment in advance for a larger quantity of items.
Prices are expressed in kuna. Value added tax (VAT) is calculated in price. In case of significant exchange rate changes, we reserve the right to change the prices. An offer is active until the stocks are depleted. We reserve the right to correct misprints.

SAFETY
Nts sportswear online shop is bound to protect personal information of the buyers in a way to collect only necessary, basic information on buyers, which are required to fulfill our commitments and to inform the buyers on the way of using the collected information. All the information on users are confidential and are available only to the employees who need those information to do the job. All the employees of Nts sportswear online shop and its business partners are bound to respect the principle of privacy protection.

Payments by credit cards are transacted over our T-Com partner and their PayWay system which ensures a safe and protected conduction of Internet transactions by credit cards. This way of paying is recommended by the issuers of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Amex), it functions reliably in practice and, according to researches, it has been proven to be safer than the classic paying by credit cards in a restaurant or a shop. Nts sportswear neither keeps nor receives data on numbers of your credit cards at all.

POSTAGE
For most of the orders the postage amounts 25.00 kuna, except for the items where the weight exceeds the weight of 5 kg and the items of larger girth, for which the postage amounts 50.00 kuna. Currently, the system automatically calculates the delivery cost of 25.00 kuna for payments by credit cards.
If a buyer requires a consignment to be delivered urgently, the consignment will be sent by HP express delivery and charged according to the valid tariff of the Post Office at delivery.

DELIVERY
Our appreciated customers are offered delivery by HP or HP express d.o.o. Delivery deadlines for Croatia are up to 2 to 14 workdays. Packaging is done in a way to avoid any damages during the usual transportation. A buyer is obligated to check the consignment visually before taking in hand, to report possible visible damages, and possibly to refuse to accept the damaged consignment.

DELIVERY TO OTHER COUNTRIES
It is not possible currently.
If you would like to buy any of the products, make enquiries at your customs post about the amount of customs duty, forwarding and other services, considering the fact that these significantly raise the costs of products.

COMPLAINTS
There is a bill in your package for the merchandise that you will receive.
In case that there is no bill in a package:
1. Write a letter with your full name, address, phone number, email address, a list of the items you return (quantity, size, color), the reason of returning and what you expect from us to do (exchange the item for another size, color, refund, etc.)
2. Your consignment with the letter should be returned to the address: Nts sportswear, Medvedgradska 37, 10000 Zagreb. Make sure that you enclose a receipt of the consignment with the package you send. In that way you can be sure that your consignment is safely delivered and on the right address. If you send a package without the receipt, no one will be responsible for the possible loss or damage of your consignment.
Please accept this advice!
We know that it is difficult to guess the right size without trying out a product first; therefore you should certainly study the sizes from the tables on our web site.
ENTI ŠPORT d.o.o. guarantees that all the products bought in our web shop are proper. Considering the possibility of an individual adjustment of screen on your computer, differences in perception of color of the product and alike, we can not guarantee a complete compatibility of colors of our products with the colors as you see them on your screen. A complaint in such cases is not justified. A buyer also loses the right for a guarantee in the following cases: an unauthorized modification of the product or an alteration on the product by an unauthorized person, or if the product is visibly dirtied by the buyer. If you receive a product which you haven’t ordered, or receive a product with a fault, inform us of the problem. If your complaint is justified, contact us within 7 days from the day of receiving a product, so that we can make an agreement on replacement of the damaged product or a refund.
A buyer has the right to return the product in the following cases:
- delivery of products which weren’t ordered,
- delivery of damaged products,
- delivery of damaged products, and the damage is caused by inappropriate handling with the product at delivery.
To realize the right for a guarantee, except for the product, it is necessary to enclose a copy of a receipt or an order which confirms the purchase. Complaints sent as packages must be properly packed in a cardboard packaging. Any complaints improperly packed or those with visible mechanical damages made during transport will not be taken over, but they will be returned to senders at their own expense.

CHARGE FOR REPEATED ORDERS
If we receive your returned items and decide that the expense of a repeated order is justified, we will contact you by an email or phone before we do anything and we will offer you an exchange.
If the return of the items is unjustified (you don’t like them, significant mistake in choosing size), we will be forced to charge the expenses of a repeated delivery.
Note that returned items must be originally packed and clean, otherwise they will be returned to you with the charge of postage, and the items will be considered bought by you.

OTHER CONDITIONS
To make an order, persons must be 18 or older. Sales conditions can be changed without previous announcement. All confirmed orders will be delivered by conditions valid at the moment of confirming order.
Parity: When we deliver an originally packed package to your door, you take it over with an obligatory signature on delivery note by which you confirm the merchandise to be properly delivered, and the merchandise remains our property until completely paid for.
A buyer has the right to abrogation pursuant to the Article 44 of the Consumer Protection Act. The right is realized within the deadline and in a way set by the Act. The bill is sent in a package or subsequently by the postal service. The afore-said sales conditions are written on the bill. NTS SPORTSWEAR reserves the right not to deliver the merchandise based on an order with incomplete and/or incorrect information.

A NEW USER
To become our customer, it is necessary to register as a new user.
Applying procedure is very simple and requires minimum of your personal information. Information with an asterisk (*) are required, so please fill them in.
Your personal information are necessary to us so that the firm “ENTI - ŠPORT” d.o.o. can completely and safely conduct the procedure of ordering, payment and delivery of products to your address.
At the end of applying procedure you are offered an option of newsletter on new products, reductions, prize games and alike.
Newsletter option is not binding by any terms and you can unregister from the list of receivers at any time. 
Your personal information will be closely- guarded and used only in business communication between the employees of the firm “ENTI - ŠPORT” d.o.o. and you as our user.

A note according to the Personal Information Protection Act: You give your personal information voluntarily for the purpose of processing an order and possibly to advertising purposes. Personal information are filed in files of the customer/user and they are protected in accordance with legal regulations.

By filling in the form you agree with processing your personal information for the listed purposes. You reserve the right to complain about our disposal of your personal information to advertising purposes.

During processing an order we forward information exclusively to the partners for delivering orders, who are obliged to ensure Croatian legal standards of personal information protection.
